STEP 01
Determine the dilution according to the sample matrix. Process each sample ERC together with its corresponding test sample.
STEP 02
Follow the sample preparation kit instructions for lysis, magnetic-bead enrichment, washing, and elution.
STEP 03
Use the purified DNA eluate as the template for the corresponding host-cell residual DNA assay.
